Devotional use
This monumental-format Lourdes statue is conceived for church gardens, outdoor niches, pilgrimage chapels and Marian grottos. The orante posture with joined hands and the rosary refers directly to the devotion to the Madonna who appeared to Bernadette Soubirous, making it the visual focal point of novenas, community rosaries and Marian processions. The fibreglass ensures durability even in conditions of prolonged outdoor exposure.
Craftsmanship
Each statue is painted individually by our craftsmen: the shading and gilded finishes of the vestments vary slightly between one piece and the next. Custom colouring is available on request to suit specific settings.
