Liturgical and devotional use
The Madonna with Child group in its 125 cm version is a prominent sculptural presence for the sanctuary, side chapels and church forecourts of parish churches. The iconography of the Mother holding the Child is the most universal in the Christian tradition: it evokes divine motherhood, Marian mediation and the protection of Our Lady so dear to the faithful of every age. The fibreglass ensures lightness and durability for both indoor and outdoor settings.
