Liturgical use
The Apostles ciborium, with its 12 cm cup diameter, offers adequate capacity for Sunday celebrations in medium-sized parishes. The apostolic iconography on the body of the ciborium recalls the continuity of the eucharistic tradition from the Last Supper to the present-day liturgy, lending the vessel catechetical value beyond its functional purpose. The matching chalice from the same series is available in the chalices category.
