Gold-finished brass candlestick for the high altar and altar table: liturgical furnishing available in six heights, from 30 to 100 cm, to suit every type of sanctuary and altar arrangement.

Main features

  • Material: brass
  • Finish: gold-plated
  • Available heights: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 100 cm
  • Compatibility: liquid wax (with windproof glass) or electric candles
  • Candles: not included, available separately
  • Windproof glasses: available in various sizes for the liquid-wax version

Liturgical use

The candlestick on the altar accompanies every celebration of Holy Mass: current liturgical norms require at least two candles on the altar during ordinary Mass and up to seven at pontifical celebrations. The range of six heights allows scenic symmetry to be composed in the sanctuary, combining different sizes for a graduated visual effect. Suitable for both the high altar and the side table for the distribution of the Eucharist.

Craftsmanship

Compatibility with both liquid-wax and electric candles meets all the safety and practical requirements of modern churches, without sacrificing the solemnity of the traditional flame.
