Liturgical use
The aspergillum is the instrument with which the priest blesses persons, places and objects with holy water. The pocket version is ideal for pastoral visits, the Easter blessing of homes, funerals and dedication ceremonies. Its refillable design makes it more practical than traditional hyssop models, and is particularly appreciated by chaplains and itinerant ministers.
