Liturgical use
This sunburst reliquary is used for the display and veneration of the relics of the saints in parishes and shrines. The sunburst structure recalls Eucharistic iconography and lends itself to placement on the altar during the feast of the patron saint or on the occasion of pilgrimages. Its compact dimensions make it suited also to small chapels and side niches.
