Liturgical use
The tabernacle is the place of the real presence of Christ in the consecrated hosts: its positioning is governed by current liturgical norms, which require it to be placed in a worthy and clearly visible location for the faithful. The wall-mounted model is particularly suitable for chapels, sacristies, oratories and smaller churches where the altar space does not allow a freestanding tabernacle. The silver-plated version complements steel or silver furnishings, while the gold-plated version harmonises with the gilded vestments and furnishings typical of churches in the classical tradition.
