Liturgical use
The altar bell is traditionally used by altar servers during the Eucharistic celebration to signal to the assembly the solemn moments: the elevation of the host and chalice during the Consecration and the distribution of Communion. The double tone allows differentiated signals depending on the liturgical moment. Suitable for parishes, seminaries, and chapels following the Roman Rite in its ordinary or extraordinary form.
