Electric wall lamp in gold-finished brass with a cylindrical red glass: a liturgical wall light for indicating the Eucharistic presence, with an integrated electrical system and a visible internal flame effect.
Main features
- Material: gold-finished brass
- Height: 18 cm
- Glass: cylindrical red, for the traditional Blessed Sacrament lamp
- Supply: electrical system included
- Flame: candle-shaped bulb visible through the glass
- Mounting: wall-mounted, with horizontal gold-finished brass arm
Liturgical use
The Blessed Sacrament lamp is prescribed by canon law to signal the presence of the Eucharist in the tabernacle. The electrical version retains the traditional red glass colouring while eliminating the risk of an open flame in crowded spaces or near liturgical textiles. The wall-mounted solution is ideal for wall-set tabernacles or those placed in sanctuary niches, Blessed Sacrament chapels and side chapels of parish churches.
