Liturgical use
Altar candlesticks flank the altar cross during Holy Mass and Sacramental celebrations, visually marking the centre of the liturgical action. The figures of the Evangelists — symbols of the proclaimed Word and the Gospel message — make them particularly fitting for the altar of the Eucharistic celebration. They coordinate with lecterns and altar crosses of the same two-tone style.
